Integrated Accounting Solutions (IAS) has been doing my personal taxes since 2012. In those 10 years I have a variety of experiences. I have received letters from the IRS, I have discovered tax documents that were needed after my return was already filed, I have been extended, I have had questions... through all of these complications I have found the IAS staff to be professional, knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me. With a decade of experience with IAS I can honestly say that IAS has done an exceptional job to serve me and my tax return.

I wish I could give them MORE than 5 stars. From the minute I walked in I was greeted kindly and offered a water/pop from the reception staff. The waiting are is so comfortable. The Professional tax preparer (Kelly Van Dyke) took the time to explain to me, in ways I understood, what the process looked like and what all the numbers meant. They spent the extra time going through my paperwork diligently, ensuring I get the most back on my tax return. I was treated as a human during their busiest tax time and not just pushed aside and made to feel like a bother. They answered any and all questions that I had. I will not be trusting my taxes with any one else moving forward.

I normally don’t do this but i had a really bad experience with the person who did my taxes. She was not professional and i had to call her just to make sure she didn’t forget about us. I will probably not coming back next year, one bad experience was enough. The IRS took longer than usual to send back our reimbursement, the letter said they had to adjust numbers because it was incorrect. she said she did sent our taxes on March and they didnt receive nothing until April, We lost so much money because of that and we still pay her $500.
