Absolutely the worst experience I have received with taxes. Lack of communication and conversation while preparing taxes. Lady’s at the front are very rude. Failed to communicate I needed to pay with signing and had drove all the way out there not knowing.
They have been doing taxes for my family for 3 generations. Wouldnt trust any one else
