Hes very personable and knowledgeable. My wife and I decided on the spot to sign up as clients so Corridor can help us plan and file our taxes next year.

My family and I recently moved from Ankeny to Iowa City in early 2022 and we were looking for a local tax professional. We explored several options and were extremely impressed with Jon Brown and his team at Corridor Taxes. My wife and I met with Jon in person at his office and explained our situation. He was very welcoming and reassured us he could assist us with all our personal and small business tax needs. Jon was very knowledgeable and thorough when reviewing our initial documents and provided high quality tax returns, along with helpful tips to prepare for next year. Jon was extremely patient and understanding while promptly answering all our questions and concerns. Lastly, there were no surprises with the final invoice as Jon was upfront and honest with us on his pricing during our initial consultation. In comparison to previous years and other tax professionals, it ended up being more affordable and overall, a better experience. Jon is without a doubt a gem in this industry. If you are looking for a low stress environment with helpful people, this is it!!!!! Like most of you, tax preparation is not my forte, but Jon doesnt belittle me or get angry when a piece is missing with my paperwork. He understands and doesnt make me feel like an idiot. Jon is a very knowledgeable and diligent. We are a startup with remote workers in different states and Jon was great at helping us figure out the details of our taxes.
