Honestly they up there prices too do your taxes every year. I was told the opposite when I first became a customer....that your fees decrease overtime for being a long term customer. They said they have too start paying their employees more. Oh well...that's not my problem. I'm going elsewhere!

I had my taxes done in the past with a different company but they are no longer able to do my taxes for me. I went in a few weeks back and spoke to Steve and he explained that I was missing a form that I needed from last years taxes. He was also extremely rude and kept repeating the same question regarding what I could or could not claim for house repairs on my taxes. I explained that I am not a tax expert and that is why I am coming to him to do my taxes. If I was a tax expert then there would be no need to go to him. I went back to the previous company and was able to get the form that I needed. I set up an appointment to come back and see Steve. When I came back I was more prepared. I had the form that he needed and I had written down a list of repairs that had been done to the property. This list included dates, payment amounts, and who did the repair. Right from the beginning he started accusing me of trying to scam the IRS because my girlfriend and I were both claiming 2 children each and because I had a list of repairs (I didn't know what I could or could not claim so I brought the entire list). I again explained that I am not a tax expert and that is why I am coming to him to do my taxes. I do not see any problem with splitting the children for taxes. Anyway, after a few minutes he just told me that he wasn't going to do my taxes and was extremely rude about it. It was obvious from the moment we sat down that he had absolutely zero interest in doing my taxes. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Would not recommend. Treated my brother very badly & was being racist. Steve even tried to weaponize the police to intimidate & possibly harm my brother all because he asked for his information back. Steve is the worst kind of person & I would not recommend anyone to utilize their services!!!
