Couldn't be happier with my experience with this business. I'm pretty sure I called every tax preparer in town and Novey was one of the few that was even taking new clients, and of those, Novey was the only one who wasn't scheduling weeks out. Granted, this was not during regular tax season, but she actually got me in the very next day, and it took her less than an hour to get the job done. Best of all, she was by far the cheapest option, costing less than a third of what some accountants were charging! She was also very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her services!

Cedar Rapids— we were referred to Carol by a friend this year. Wish we’d of gotten the referral two years ago when we moved here! Carol was amazing, she listened to our concerns, asked lots of questions and left us far better educated than the last firm we used. We very much look forward to years of working with Carol. She’s personable, intelligent, articulate, and basically had our taxes done before we left!!! She is by the way less than half the cost of the other firm! She knows small business taxes and gives great advice. If you’re looking for an expert check out Novey Tax, she deserves 10-stars!

We've used Novey Tax Service for the last 3 years. Polite and professional, she's very experienced and had our taxes done in 45 minutes. I would highly recommend using her services, she is very reasonably priced and worth the drive to Centeral City!
