Mr. Saddoris has always given our tax returns thorough review, even re-ran them one year as they caught an important piece of information we omitted. Instead of owing, we flipped to getting a substantial return. We’ve not been a simple 1040 either. Sales of houses, moving, changing jobs, inheritances, buying land and building a home. Completely transparent in in reviewing all returns with you page by page. He is extremely sharp, keeping up to date in all tax changes, has always given us great advice for making adjustments, and keeping better records of deductible items in the following tax year.

I chose them for my son’s taxes in April . I called numerous times for a progress report. The individual doing the taxes was rarely available. My son called and was told they would email his paper work to sign. Nothing came. I called today and was put on hold. Then they wanted my son’s email to verify. I’m so confused why no one reached out as to why he hadn’t signed it to collect payment. We have used this service for the last 3 years and it seemed to work well. They have lost our business as they don’t seem to know about communication. They had my son’s information and mine.

It took 3-4 months to get our taxes done. We could not get a phone call back or any information for months. We were completely ghosted. When we finally got our taxes done they were wrong and we found out via a letter through the irs. I would not recommend them at all.

Outstanding service and they were so very professional and thorough. Communicative and explained tax returns in a manner that was easy to understand. Associates are knowledgeable about federal and state taxes. I highly recommend them.

I am a small business owner (wedding photography) and Michael with Saddoris & Associates has been wonderful to work with! Very prompt and professional communication, always willing to go into depth with my questions, but best part: he knows exactly what he's doing to and handles all my tax work for me so I can rest assured my business taxes are handed quickly and professionally. My wife and I thought that we'd be better off this year going to a "real" accountant instead of walking into HR Block at a mall. Our experience made us wish he had just gone to HR Block. The service, while accurate, was overpriced and extremely slow. Mr. Saddoris acted in an incredibly pompous manner and made my wife and I feel like we were in elementary school. If we had simply walked into an HR Block our service would have been over 100 dollars less and our tax prep would have been done before we left (not in the 2+ months Mr. Saddoris took). Speaking as a retail professional if I allowed myself or my store to have such poor customer service the store would be out of business and I would be unemployed. Save yourself and seek out an alternative to Saddoris and associates.
