Great service and professionals
We used Hicks to do our taxes for the first time. Chris Knuth did our taxes and we had such a great experience. I have used Turbo Tax in previous years. We will be taking our taxes to Chris in the future.
Working with an accountant here cost me $565 in late penalty fees to the govt. The accountant forgot to pay my taxes even though they said they would do so. When I brought the mistake to the attention to the accountant, they did not offer a refund for the penalties. Still out that $565 due to the negligence. Would avoid.
I appreciate Mark's expertise, willingness to help and quick response time!
