The support staff are usually stressed and take it out on the customers. There is a lot of animosity between the Plymouth and South Bend offices. Over all a very toxic experience.

Would not recommend this firm to anybody that wants their taxes done done. Had good experience for the last 5 years up until now. Drop them off on 4-17-23. I knew they would file an after calling twice in May June July I was sick of it they closed the office in South Bend, wanted me to drive to Plymouth to pick up my paperwork that I gave them in April because they couldn't tell me when they were going to complete my Texas had them done locally last week got my refund of 2900 I think they should pay me interest on this they are so Incompetent andunpt.

We dropped our taxes off the middle of March, it is the end of July and they are still not done. I call to check on them and they can't give me a straight answer on when they will be done. They have given me answers such as "they were started this week" or "within a month" but they are not done. They said that they had a preparer leave the company and this is why there is a delay. That is a them problem not my problem. When I dropped my taxes off I was under the understanding that I would have them back within a reasonable time. I called and asked to speak to the owner and he couldn't bother to call me back. I highly doubt that I will be bringing my taxes here in the future.

I strongly suggest using Weidner and Company PC in Plymouth, IN. I have been doing business with them for 3 years now and this year I was very behind at getting my information to them. Erin McDonald CPA, CGMA really did a great job at getting me taken care of in time. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I will be back next year, thank you Erin! You are amazing!

I tried to give this place a second chance, when I received a call about my review left. They didn’t offer to fix or correct the situation and instead insisted I was a “liar” and needed to write an apology. So here it goes, I’m sorry you cannot communicate with your customers and give them straight answers. I went in and gave them my phone number and they continuously called the wrong number. The lady I spoke to today had no idea what was going on with my review, I was left in the dark during that time. I turned my information in April last year and my taxes were not completed until January for one year. The other year was completed sometime in the fall winter months.

Super unprofessional! Just tell me you can not or are not going to file my taxes. Don’t drag me along and manipulate! Not understanding that at all! Dan Weidner took advantage of my lack of knowledge! By all means this is only on me but stuff like this puts a tremendous stress & financially burden on everything! This practice should be shut down if this is how it is ran! Again, just dont lead people on! It’s not okay! I hope nobody has to go through this!!!

I’ve been in the dark regarding my taxes for over 6 months now. Whenever I call to ask regarding my check it’s always “it’s been extended” “we’ll call when it’s done” “we can’t tell you a date”. Very unorganized and rude customer service. No one ever calls, I just want my check so i can go on about my life and not have to deal with this place again.
