I've been working with Cardinal for about 8 months. They are simply amazing. I worked with Megan on getting things up to speed and work with Whitney on a regular basis. Everyone is very responsive, friendly, and takes the time to explain if needed. I love that they don't charge for every question or email. I've worked with a lot of people in the years we have had our business and this was probably the best decision I made. I have had the best experience so far with Cardinal Financial Solutions. I had another bookkeeping service and when I needed to change to another company for bookkeeping services, I found Cardinal Financial Solutions. They were able to transition my business over and get me caught up with my books in a very quick timeline. I no longer have to guess when my books are done and up to date. They are a very organized and professional bookkeeping firm. Highly recommended.

Megan is a great communicator! She is very patient and kind, and seems to truly love to teach. It's been my experience that she tries to get to the ROOT of the situation and sets straightforward action items to accomplish the goals of her clients. I cannot say enough great things about Megan and her team. They were an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. I am not a numbers person and quite honestly was a bit embarrassed by the state of everything I was handing over to them. I was never once met with anything other than, patience, kindness, and professionalism. The training afterwards was also top notch. I feel confident in how to move forward, and can keep things on the right track. It was the best investment I have made in a long time.

“I found Megan and Cardinal Financial Solutions when I desperately needed help organizing and cleaning up the books for my small business. Megan was very professional, through and knowledgable which made the cleanup process seem easy. The video update tool that Megan provided were much appreciated as it helped me understand exactly what was being updated and corrected. Megan and her team were fantastic to work with. They got us out of what seemed to be a hopeless situation. We had transitioned from QB desktop to QB online mixed with a POS that was not QB. It was a mess. Megan and her team were able to figure out how to clean it up and when finished we were balanced and everything where it should have been. I would highly recommend Cardinal Financial Solutions to any small business for bookkeeping help. Don't spend your time doing something you don't like and not an expert in. Allow them to it for you in half the time.
