Expensive and found out during there(change) from Haney, they lost my account information to direct deposit and only said anything when I called to ask about it. I expect if I'm paying a premium to have my taxes done they would cover all the basics.......aside from the fact that I hired their office on 82nd Street to do my work not some unknown office in Muncie Indiana where I had to wait until paperwork made its way back to town for me to do anything that needed to be done.
