Chelsea has been a huge help getting our nonprofit books in order. She is friendly and very easy to work with. As a growing organization, it is important we lay the groundwork required to be not only good stewards of our money but utilize good accounting practices. Not only is she knowledgeable in accounting but, her level of expertise in QuickBooks has been exactly what we needed. In my 10+ years of working in QuickBooks, I have never found anyone as knowledgeable in both. Prior to finding Chelsea, I was stuck asking questions of an expert in QuickBooks, and then an expert in Accounting, while hoping in the end - their answers meshed. Now, we have both resources in one - saving me tons of time, money and frustration.

Chelsea has been amazing to work with. When I transitioned my business from a brick and mortar to a virtual setup, she made the transition easy and smooth. Communication is great and she has kept me on task and the business financially accountable. Highly recommend working with her, especially if you are a small business.

I recently hired Chelsea to “clean up” the bookkeeping mistakes I unknowingly had made (like every new business owner). Every conversation we have begins with me facepalming myself over things I accidentally messed up, and ends with a major sigh of relief that Chelsea has my back and is taking care of it. I truly can’t recommend Chelsea enough!
