If I could give less stars I would. I would not recommend using this service for doing your taxes. I have asked for a refund from them a couple times now for this years tax returns getting screwed up. The girl did not listen to me when I showed her my paperwork and then she made a 20k dollar mistake. I am still waiting for my return from IRS and also wanting my money returned back to me that I paid for having the taxes done. It’s like a daycare when you go in to have your taxes done. We won’t be going back

Tried to give no stars but Google wouldn't let me. The sob that runs this place did tax service for me and my wife. We paid what he told us we owed and thought that was over. IRS now claims we owe them money, my wife has been contacting the owner about the problem over the last year. Obviously he isn't going to do anything just got a certified letter from the IRS saying they are going to put a levy on our home if we don't pay the money. Seriously I'd do my own taxes before u ask this clown to tie your shoes. Plus at the time they did our taxes three different people looked over them to make sure they were correct. Stay far away from this idiot

Extremely un professional I drove 45 minutes to get there and the tax preparation people were caring for a toddler trying to answer phones and pass out prepared taxes all at the same time definitely don't go there

I get my business tax done here every year. Rick does an awesome job and makes sure you get the most of your return as possible!

Will not go back. Had appointment at 5 at 5.45 walked out.no one knew what was going on. No customer service Had been long time customer. Not anymore

Paid to have my taxes done, last year, got a letter from IRS and had a hard time getting in touch with Rick to ammend them, but in his defence it was not tax season. Finally all was resolved, and everyone is happy.
