This company was near my warehouse so I figured I’d try them out. I ended getting charged for $275 for a 55-minute first time consultation! I came to In Balance Books at the last minute for tax prep and they were wonderful and helpful in preparing everything on time to meet the deadline. We were able to meet entirely online to fit with my schedule and they were flexible with timing. Pat walked me through the process and answered any questions I had. I will definitely be back next year! (hopefully in a more timely fashion)

Staff is very kind and helpful always answering all my questions. They even send out reminders on what paperwork is needed (based off of last year) and if there are any for see able life changes exactly what I will need to keep track of for next year's taxes. I feel unhurried, well taken care of and that my information is secure.

I've been with In Balance Books now for 5 years and I have never had an issue where Pat hasn't made sure that I was 100% satisfied. As far as I'm concerned she is the best in Adams County . I would give 10 stars.

This place is excellent! The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Never have had a bad experience and would refer anyone needing help with taxes to have inbalance books do them!!

If she doesn't do your taxes she won't help you. Plenty others will. Found CPA 2 minutes later
