Our previous CPA retired so we needed to find someone new. Rick was the first to respond and seemed to be genuinely interested in helping us out. By the next day we uploaded our documents to his secure client folder and by the end of the week our taxes were finalized/ready for review. It was really easy to follow his process and the work was done correctly.
