Have been using their service for past couple of years and everything was fine and expensive for simple w2’s. I had to file for itin. They prepared all the documents and asked me to file it personally in the local tax office saying it will be faster. There were no appointments available for the next month and I did not wanted to miss the deadline. So I requested them if they can create a package and mail it (as done by every other firm) but no timely response. Even called them for the same but no positive response. After filing it through someone else, they come back to charge me for the same. They charge even if they have prepared your tax document and have not filed. Not fair to charge without providing the complete assistance required and leave hanging especially if that can make people miss deadlines.

Very quick in response and appreciate their professionalism. Mr. Roy, Sumana and Pravin are very experienced and understand every persons tax case accurately and provide the guidance accordingly. I would any day suggest my friends to Mr. Roys team.

Roy and his team pays due diligence in the whole Tax Filing Process of each individual and I am proud to be associated with his Firm for last 7 years and never had any query/issues.
