What a bad service and how rude all the people who serve are, there was fuy and there were 3 people unemployed, I was the only one who was waiting late for more than 30 minutes waiting and they never attended to me a day before I had already gone and they told me to come tomorrow from 3 a.m. I arrived at 3:30, I left at 4:02 and no one helped me, they just told me wait, well take care of it, terrible service, he told me please wait if you want and if not, come back tomorrow just xk I asked him if it would still take a long time.

The appointment was at 10am .. and I waited 45 minutes until she came. Plus I paid to much $$ 185?? This is the most I've ever payed for my income tax
