I would not recommend their services. Used their services for 3 years, I believe. They never met with us, nor were they interested in getting to know us. We should have been paying quarterly taxes yet they never arranged this. There was high turnover over, our contact kept changing, we never would be notified of the change with our communications being ignored. My husband and I were provided different sign-ons to their portal, yet my sign-on did not allow me full access. Frustrated, I would reach out to our ever changing contacts asking for assistance. I was ignored. Initially, I used my husband’s sign-on credentials. We were FINALLY told my sign-on credentials did not allow me full access. This was a problem, because we were getting divorced, and I no longer wanted to use his credentials. We were nickled & dimed for their services.

Three years back I contacted my son in desperation at his law firm. My company’s accountant had filed for an extension for our federal tax return, the return was due in three days, and we had just discovered our accountant was no longer available. My son suggested I call Sue Romanoski at the Dolin’s Group – surely, she could help. I called her right away – she said, “bring me a backup of your computer files, and everything you have.” I was so impressed with her ability to look over my papers, files, records – some four years back, quickly assess the business and the issue at hand. She had a return ready for signature within three days. We have never looked back. They didnt provide any service beyond what I could do online at TurboTax and cost 3 times as much. Also took 3 weeks to complete a very simple tax filing. Not worth it at all.

Honestly the worst experience for my taxes ever. They kept saying I’m married because my partner connected us, I’m not. They never gave me a breakdown of cost. They took 3 weeks to do my taxes, no updates. When they finally sent them to me, no cost still, had no idea what they were charging. Then I got a bill almost 2 months later, which they invoiced on the 30th, but didn’t send me for 2 weeks. It took two requests to get an itemized invoice which was absurd. For reference, I work in the medical profession and it took me less than 30 minutes to double check their work. They stated they billed 2 hours of work (how?) and it took them 3 weeks to finish. Just don’t bother.
