I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had with your company. I couldn't help but notice a lack of company values, specifically in regard to respecting clients' time. As someone who values their time and understands the importance of efficient and timely business practices, I was disappointed to see that this was not reflected in your services. It is crucial for a business to prioritize and show respect for their clients' valuable time. Unfortunately, due to this discrepancy, I do not believe that we are a good fit for each other. I would highly recommend revisiting your company values and making necessary changes to better align them with the needs and expectations of your clients. My response to the business owner reply I want to start by thanking you for taking the time to respond to my concerns. I appreciate your effort in trying to explain the situation, however, I feel that your description of how things happened is not entirely accurate. To clarify, an appointment was made for 3:30 PM and when I decided to reschedule, it was already 3:50 PM. As I had planned my day according to the scheduled time, I did not want to feel rushed during the consultation. Additionally, I had other commitments after my appointment and the client who was there seemed to need more than just 5 minutes. I understand that we have rescheduled for Saturday and during our conversation, I had made it clear that since I had already taken the time to drive to your location, I would prefer the appointment to be via phone call. However, your colleague assured me that she had set up the appointment through a phone call. This is where my concern lies - it seems like your business does not value clients' time as no one reached out to me through a phone call. I apologize if it may seem like I am being difficult but at this point, it's safe to assume that you do not prioritize people's time. Yes, I could have called you to follow up but personally, that is not how I would like to do business. It's important for me that our values align and unfortunately, this has been the second time where my time has not been valued.I understand that it may have been a busy time for you, but I was disappointed to see that you replied without reaching out to the client to understand what had occurred.It is important for us to maintain strong communication with our clients and ensure that their needs are met. By not reaching out to a potential client, we missed an opportunity to address any concerns they may have had and show them that we value their business. Interacting with your business colleagues for the first time initial impression was negative. Despite giving your business a second chance, my experience did not improve. Thank you again for listening and addressing my concerns.

As a new business owner who resigned from a 9-5 job; its an understatement to say I was a bit overwhelmed with the tax responsibilities etc that one may have. I spent a few weeks looking for a CPA that could assist me in my situation. After having a free consultation with Joe; I know Ill be coming back here at end of year and after that. I had dozens of questions I needed clarification on, to which he was able to explain to me in a way I understood. He was not only helpful but also interested in my situation. He also informed me on future tax strategies I can use in order to lower my future taxes. I did not ask how much theyre fees are but if youre a business owner you know theres almost nothing you wont do to avoid those high tax fees at the end of year. Positive Professionalism
