Art has prepared my taxes for a few years now and has always made my experience painless. I even had the state of Illinois make a mistake and tried to overcharge me, Art reviewed it and the problem was fixed thanks to him. When I tried to go back to have my taxes done for a second year here as a returning customer, I walked in expecting the usual friendly service, but got a Rude Arthur not wanting to even talk about my situation. Good company but a finicky and often rude owner. I didnt go back.

Our PTO has used Arthur for a number of years. He has been great to work with during this time but recently he went above and beyond. We needed to complete a filling in a very short amount of time over the holidays. I contacted Arthur with little hope of getting it done in time, but he replied immediately that he could have it done a couple days later. I highly recommend. Positive Responsiveness

Art Barrett of Barrett Accounting and Tax LLC prepared our taxes this year and we were happy with the professionalism he and his team displayed. In addition, we put our trust in Art when we received a Tax Deficiency notice for 2018. Art met with us several times, explained the situation to us in a way we could understand , and then used his skills and "Tax language" to deal with this matter on our behalf.
