If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would.i brought my tax documents in and waited and waited and waited and called and called and called, stopped in several times and called and waited and called and waited. It took them just about a whole month. When I finally caught her in the office it took 2 hours to finish it all up. I guarantee I will never go back there ever again.

Never filed my taxes. I paid her for them thank god I had a receipt. So frustrated with Anne and how she has forgotten to file my taxes. Hasn’t even called to apologize. Stay clear. This is a disaster of a situation.

BUYER BEWARE THIS LADY IS A SCAM ARTIST DISHONEST AND OVERWHELMED IN HER BUSINESS WATCH OUT AND DONT LET HER DO A LOAN MOD SHE WILL LET IT GO INTO FORCLOSURE THEN SELL YOU ON A SHADY LAWYER. HER AFFAIRS ARE NOT IN ORDER BUT SHE ACTS LIKE SHE IS A BUSINESS GOD. SHE LIED TO ME OVER AND OVER , DURING A TIME I WAS MENTALLY INCOMPETENT ANDINCAPABLE OF HANDLING MY OWN AFFAIRS . Watch out. I ENDED UP LOSING MY HOME BECAUSE IF HER MISTAKES . WENT TO COURT I ONLY NEEDED ONE PAPER TO PROBE I WAS IN HAMP REMODIFICATION AND SHE DID NOT HAVE THAT PAPER. BUT MY HOUSE WENT INTO FORECLOSURE BECAUSE OF HER NEGLIGENCE

Unfortunately after dealing with Anne for years an issue came up with one of my tax returns. When contacting IRS they informed me that in one of my previous years that I was missing the income from one of my jobs I had worked that year. When I told Anne this she assured me that it would be handled and taken care of. Many months later and me hounding her to get it done nothing was done. Finally when I had had enough I repeatedly asked for the paper work from that year so I could take it to another professional. After I was told I would receive it via email, I still was not given my paperwork. I lost over $3,000 because of this woman! Do NOT TRUST HER!!! Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
