I love Jill and her staff. I have been with her for over 20 years now. I met here though a friend of mine named Michael Carter. She would do our tax’s when the office was closed on Saturday morning on her day off. When I drop off my tax paperwork I always bring Chicago style popcorn. I love it here.

We really needed a knowlegable CPA because we were tired of such poor service from HR block & other offices. I am so glad; Gassensmith & Associates @ the time, was reccommened by a friend . We called and have used their services every since. I trust them. They opperate with integrity. They have provided stellar, accurate and affordable service. God Bless them

I’ve used Jill for our taxes for my entire adult life, business and personal. I’ve never had anything but a pleasant and professional experience. They do a great job!

I interviewed Jill regarding doing my business taxes for 2017. I told her my big concern was that my current tax adviser would never get my 1099's prepared to send out by the end of January. She assured me that they would. They didn't. Only after consistently calling to find out how things were going did she finally hand my files over to another associate in the office to get my taxes done. His timeline was garbage also. I get my taxes picked up with a ridiculous bill. No flare either. Stapled pages with no cover. Very unprofessional if you ask me. I did of course get my 1099's prepared and a form to sign and send in with instructions to send them out before February 1st. Of course it's already March. Words can't even explain the disappointment with this unprofessional staff. If you are looking for a business tax professional, this is not the company you want. Keep searching.
