I worked with John. I went into the meeting with Little to no knowledge about setting up a LLC and how taxes work with a LLC. He took the time to set up the LLC for me and explain everything that I needed to know in terms that I could understand. All in all it was a great experience and will definitely be counting services with I&I Tax and Accounting as I move forward with my business.

I've been working with I&I now for quite some time and I'm very happy with their services. They do work for my personal taxes as well as my LLC. They are well educated on all matters to ensure that all facets are covered when filing your taxes especially on subjects that i have no idea on the accounting side of my business.
