We had our 2021 taxes completed with Hopp, and the experience was ok. We had gone back for assistance with our 2022 and 2023 returns this year, albeit late for 2022. We worked with the staff from May through August and still were unable to get a timeframe when our returns could be completed. It was very disappointing as I had spent hours completing an excel spreadsheet to their liking. Maybe straightforward returns are their bread and butter. I found another local accountant that had my return done in a day.

I have used Hopp for 5 years now. No issues or concerns though my tax return isnt complex.

They have been taking care of my taxes for the last few years. Im am self employed and while my taxes arent the most difficult to deal with they arent the easiest to do either. They been great to deal with.
