Don't get your taxes done here! It takes them forever and when you call it's just one excuse after another. Horrible customer service!!!

This place was great when Jay Tomerlin owned it. It is now ran by a national chain. No one returned any of my calls and I had to find someone else to do my business taxes last minute after being there many years. Quite a nuisance.

We had Jay do our taxes a couple times and he did a great job and was easy to work with. This year, however, we had Vicki and I wish we had went somewhere else. She has no idea what she is doing, had to call others in to help her with simple spreadsheets while we were there. Since our appointment she has called me about 8 times because of errors and I'm pretty sure she submitted my taxes incorrectly and is going to have to re-submit. Do NOT let her do your taxes, especially if you own a business or have any complications.
