My taxes were ignored for months when the preparer was hospitalized. She didn’t tell anyone to finish them. The new preparer wasn’t interested in communicating or finishing the job well. I wanted to discuss with Mr Coffman who never returned my calls. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

Didn’t deserve one star after today. The customer service provided by the pple in there has been terrible the past three years. Been going here for almost a decade, will not go back again after what I experienced. They were rude on the phone a few times. Didn’t call me back until the last second (tax day tomorrow). My taxes were turned in the beginning of March. I turned in three sheets of paper for my taxes and my cost almost doubled. I’ve turned in much more items in the past with no cost increase, especially almost double for less items. The lady gave me zero explanation abt my taxes. She was just trying to get me to leave bc there were so many pple there. Just another number. Her explanation abt why my cost was so high: b/c how many sheets I turn in (yes less than I ever have). When running my card to pay for their services, the lady yelled across the room to ask me my name. I told her it was on the card she was holding in her hand. She did not ask any other person in there what name she was running on their card. No lady, I didn’t steal my own bank card. Check my information. 🚩🚩🚩 if I’m going to get a racists vibe from yet another business in this racially charged town, you can be famous also. I didn’t expect to be treated as anything less than by a whole bunch of white ladies in an accounting office but unfortunately, this town keeps closet racists everywhere. #equality

Mike Coffman has done my taxes for 15+ years. He always does a fantastic job for me. Very thorough, and his prices are very fair.
