DO NOT GO HERE! AVOID!!! They submitted various credits to many of their customers and now the IRS going after all of their clients, charging interest and penalties going back years! When you ask for help, they say nothing can be done when you can call the IRS directly and find out why as well as payment options. Go with a real and legitimate professional that does not dupe it's customers.

I don't understand the negativity this place gets. I've been coming here for 6 years now, and they've always done everything right on my end. You people have to understand that times are difficult and everyone's situation is always different. My experience was great, but unfortunately, my results weren't as I expected to be on my tax return. But overall, these employees are very knowledgeable on their job. I'll always be coming back annually for my taxes.

Terrible service and terrible handling to resolve problems. First time I went and first time I had problems with the IRS. They gave me an energy credit and therefore I had an audit with the IRS and I had to pay a penalty with fine and interest. According to them, they would resolve the penalty and interest but they only dwell on the matter. “BE CAREFUL” YOU MAY RECEIVE A GOOD REFUND BUT YOU HAVE TO RETURN MORE…

Do not file your taxes here! Last year I filed my taxes and the entirety of the year I never received my tax return. Come to find out now, they improperly put in my account number. I had contacted them throughout the year with them repeatedly stating I had never received anything. They would just always say I already received the payment when I never did. This place is nothing but a scam. I paid for nothing, lost money that could have helped during school, I won't be returning here and you shouldn't file your taxes here.

I’ve been coming in to do my taxes here for a few year now. My parents come as well and they were recommended by one of my aunts.
