I was supposed to receive $442 from the state I can't believe Roosevelt tax accounting took it all away over charge and took me about 2 months that's the only money I was counting on since is Federal took all myoney .... And my $442 from State Roosevelt tax accounting took it away

This place has very good costumer service, the employees were very nice I got help from Tina Brisby. She was very helpful , understanding and made sure I had all my paperwork lol I highly recommend this place.

Highly recommend coming here to do your taxes! Tina Brisby was amazing! She was very professional and knowledgeable. She helped ease my confusion and anxiety that comes with filing taxes especially if it is your first time filing a schedule c form. My overall experience was great. Omar was around as well and helped answer some questions. The front desk receptionist was also very friendly!

TINA BRISBY always helps me with my taxes. She helped me for years. I really like going into roosevelt tax and accounting because she and the other workers are very patient and helped me to understand my taxes.
