To Dianne Malara and Dario Zanichelli – I just wanted to say how much I appreciated the office visit with Dianne yesterday.  You both deserve credit for coming up with such a great idea.  It meant so much to have Dianne spend time with me to discuss “what’s up” and “what keeps you up at night” – which although Dianne did not phrase it that way, was in essence the simple purpose of the meeting.  She re-energized me to put focus on structure and systems (or at least start to work on them) so that I can better treat my firm like a business and each team member understands the big picture and their role / purpose in the big picture.  I admire you both so much and appreciate you.
