my husband and I as well as several family and friends have used Anthony for taxes for many years. We have personally used his services since 2009 for personal and business tax accounting and are extremely satisfied with his attention to detail, professionalism, and awareness. please be aware that a few are in a rush to get your taxes filed. This may not be the best fit, but if you are OK with waiting and want the best outcome, then I highly recommend him.

After almost a decade of entrusting my tax filing to Awotwi and Associates, Inc., I've finally come to terms with their staggering incompetence. What was once a seemingly reliable service has devolved into a nightmare of delays and false hope. This year, their inability to file my taxes on time was the final straw. Despite assurances of timely updates and resolution, their promises amounted to nothing but empty words. Countless unreturned calls and unmet deadlines later, it's become painfully clear that their respect for clients' time is non-existent. As someone who valued the convenience of their services and the familiarity of working with the same firm for years, this awakening has been nothing short of disillusioning. The frustration of realizing that a trusted partner has become a liability is beyond words. It's a cautionary tale for anyone considering their services – beware of Awotwi and Associates unless you're prepared to endure endless headaches and disappointment. Avoid doing business with them at all costs, don’t use them, it’s not worth the stress!

Hello! To anyone who is reading this. Please do not let Anthony Awotwi file your taxes. I had a conversation with him about helping me file my taxes. This guy told me that it will only take 3 weeks to do my taxes. So I waited for him to contact me and it took 2 to 3 month to finally here from him. I gave him all my information to process my file, including my bank information. In late April, All of a sudden, he wants my bank information that I already gave him. He texted me at 7pm to ask me that. Why are you asking me when I already fax it to you. I ask for a respond he did not respond back. Today, he decided he will no longer file my taxes at the last minute. Wow! No heads up, nothing. He told me via text that he has mail my documents to me and I ask him to also give me my bank information that I fax him, still he will not respond. That too me, is very suspicious. He is unprofessional, he does not communicate effectively. And he will lead you hanging until you begin to wonder what is going on with your tax paper. I am currently still waiting for mine. Please find somebody else that is ethical and professional.
