Jeff has been very good to work with. He has managed our financial/retirement portfolio for a number of years, and has put together our tax returns. Overall, we have been pleased with how he has worked with us and our financial situation. We normally meet quarterly to review our retirement status and make any adjustments if needed. I normally will do the outreach for these meetings. If I were to give any areas for improvement, it would be in follow-up. There have been a number of occasions where we need to follow-up with Jeff on action items. Otherwise, we have been pleased with how we have been treated.

He was great until, I referred my husband. Taxes were done in April never heard recieved anything 7 months went by. The most frustrating thing was every time you call IRS it is an hour or more wait. Multiple hours and time calling IRS to find out what happened. We had to talk to many IRS employees just to get to the bottom of everything. They were rejected. We tried calling, emailing the company and no response. Finally get a call back from Jeff 2 or 3 weeks later and apparently he did recieve a rejected email 7 months ago. Taxes had to be ammended and resent. By the time everything was said and done it was already January. There was no refund or much accountability taken for what happened. We never went back!

Jeff Hurst and his associates have handled our family's accounting for the past five years. He has done so with professionalism, good communication, and attention to detail. He has taken the time to work with and explain accounting tools to us that have helped our family business. I could not provide a higher recommendation.
