One week before our tax return appt with Karen Alberts we were unceremoniously dropped as clients via a certified letter from today, no reasons given. Though Ms Alberts provided expert knowledge during the previous 2 years as our CPA, she also tends to "nickel & dime" clients for each and every bit of service rendered. Assuming we were dropped due to a legitimate inquiry/ questioning re- a brief reminder voice mail from Ms Alberts and were promptly charged for as part of an invoice that showed no itemized fees or units for services rendered. Very unprofessional response, Karen, not to mention leaving us in a bad spot this close to April 15 and not honoring our previously scheduled appt. Buyer beware!

We switched to Straight Arrow accounting after being at another local firm. Shannon made the biggest difference in our business life. She's incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. She saved us so much money this year (so far) compared to our prior accountants.

Will never deal with again. Extensions every time, penalties endured. Fortunately last year I followed up before the extension expired, then to be told their estimates were incomplete and we needed to flush additional immediate funds to avoid further penalty. Regret getting sent here from Anderson McNellis.

Shannon has been a true asset to myself and my company for a number of years.
