Ginny is a very sweet lady!! When we were selling a house she looked over our estimated numbers at no charge to help us calculate our capital gains tax.

After doing business at another business this same owner operates, I don't believe anybody should be doing business with this person at any of their businesses! Just be very aware! Make sure you read all reviews and ask around before doing business with any of these people.

I hired Ginny after she told me that she could find my ex’s bank accounts, loans, building assets. She asked me if I had our EINs which I didn’t. She said no problem she can find it. Which she never did then later told me she couldn’t find anything without those numbers. Cool what am I hiring you for?! I was able to get a hold of our tax records through our accountant. I sent them to her with a password and it took her 3 months for her assistant to even try to view them. At which point the password was changed. The accountant has been reluctant to give me our information to begin with, so to get a new password was like pulling teeth. Finally got it and once again they dropped the ball, didn’t even open it. THEN after I had paid her $3500 and had absolutely nothing to show for it. I didn’t even have an invoice saying how she spent the money she was given and it certainly wasn’t going through tax records. After that, they started billing me $1500/mo. I had told Ginny once my retainer was used we would need to see what she found and decide how to proceed. Not to keep incurring fees. She billed me for another $3000 and I still don’t know what any of it was used for. It’s been almost 2 years and I have NOTHING to show for what’s I paid her. I paid a PI $850 and have 1000% more information. She never told me anything, I don’t have a report, I don’t have any idea where she spent the $3500. Don’t waste your time!

Using this company was a horrible experience. We used them for our 2020 taxes and had nothing but problems. They were very behind in finishing our taxes. We ended up paying late fees amounting to many hundreds of dollars. They gave our tax information to my in-laws and sent theirs to us. And now, using a different service we are finding more mistakes they made and will be paying more fines. I wish there was an option for giving zero stars.
