My family has been with Wilson and Harris and Co. for years. Brady Wilson was our accountant, and did an excellent job. This past year has been most disappointing. I’ve sent multiple emails and phone calls to my accountant which were rarely returned, I completely understand how busy accountants are this time of year, but in the past, my accountant responded quickly. I will not name names, however, one of the people that answered the phone was most unprofessional. I voiced my concern with lack of service this year, and said I might look elsewhere for an accountant. Conversation continued a bit, she then told me that I probably should look elsewhere and that I am not a good fit.

We’ve never had a problem with this office. Our accountant is kind and answers our questions quickly. The assistants get documents to us within the same week, and that’s because we come responsibly prepared, with all our information ready to process. I’ve seen bad reviews on them but if you think them through logically, these entitled folks may not have been prepared and we’re being unreasonable to pull magic out of a hat days before tax day. Pure foolishness. If you’re a responsible, respectful, reasonable adult you’ll do just fine here! They take the hassle out of taxes!

Extremely unimpressed. We have never been shown such unprofessionalism. After reaching out several times via email and phone and hearing nothing back for two weeks, we called the front desk again to check in. We were told we were being sent to voicemail and we expressed concern over not hearing back and asked if there was another way to get in touch. The conversation was not heated or negative in anyway and ended with her agreeing to give a message to our accountant to give a call back at his convenience. Ten minutes later we received an email saying that we were out of line and were being dropped as clients. Five days before tax day… we were dumbfounded and extremely confused. Apparently politely expressing concern over receiving zero communication right before the deadline is unacceptable. My only conclusion is this firm took on clients they didn’t have time for and made an excuse last minute to drop us, leaving us in an extreme bind. Would absolutely not recommend.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL……. This place left me out to dry less than a week before taxes were due to the fact that they committed to more wore that they could perform. David Hammons is the accountant we were dealing with and he would not respond to emails or messages for approximately 3 weeks and dropped us last minute. Never had an experience like this and I hope no one else ever does!! Very unprofessional, get help elsewhere!!!

Mr. Wilson was wonderful! He had the patience to help me understand what was needed for him to continue doing dads taxes. He is so knowledgeable and very kind.
