For over a year I have had a problem with our payroll taxes with online QuickBooks. They did not work so I had to file all the old fashion way. We spent 9 hours on the phone till QuickBooks finally fixed them! I have asked two different accounting firms for help to fix the issue. Jodi was my final chance and she did not stop till the problem was fixed!! If I could leave her a million 5 star reviews I would! Thank you for all your help! I typically prepare my own tax filing but this year things were a bit more complicated than I felt comfortable handling myself and I was put at ease immediately with Jodi's expertise during our initial introductory meeting. When it was time to provide Whittaker & Associates with information and documents, they sent me a simple PDF to fill out and a list of needed documents which I could upload to their secure portal. After two brief follow up emails from the accountant to clarify a few things, my taxes were done and filled with the IRS. The process was very easy and painless. The whole team at Whittaker & Associates are extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I was impressed with their work and ability to navigate my unique tax situation. Needless to say, I will be using Whittaker & Associates from now on.

Whittaker and Associates has filed my business and personal taxes for the past 15 years; I highly recommend them. They are professionals who do excellent accounting work, but even more, they also take time to get to know their clients so they can educate and assist them. One of the reasons they provide such a great service is that they work well as a team and collaborate to come up with unique solutions.

Really disappointed. In January Whittakers secretary cancelled our scheduled meeting two days out. We wanted help with a 1041 and had interviewed last summer for an hour. Were stunned because of all the great reviews this firm has accumulated.

Until the age of 36, I always did my taxes on my own with turbotax. I am convinced after one year using Jodi, that I likely missed out on thousands of dollars over the years. She had straightforward and upfront pricing and delivered on the timeline with a few thousand extra in my return than what I had calculated with turbotax. Thanks Jodi!
