I used Executive Allies when I needed temporary help with the management and review of the month-end close process while hiring for a controller. Executive Allies was quick to respond to my initial request for help and quickly provided resources to start doing the necessary work. Sharon asked great questions to outline the scope of work and level of involvement I wanted to have in the process. Sharon communicated effectively with the finance team each month and only included me in the very limited instances when I needed to be involved. At the very first month Sharon was involved in our close process, I felt a huge burden lifted from my workload. Sharon is the type of consultant that reduces work rather than adds to it. Sharon played an integral part in the month-end close process for approximately eight months. Our annual financial statement audit has been completed, and we had no issues identified as a result of having Sharon involved in our process. I can't speak highly enough of my experience with The Executive Allies. They have helped transition the way the financials for our small (but rapidly growing) company are handled in a way that now allows us to have timely insight into our company's KPIs. As a General Manager wearing many different hats, they took certain things off my plate that freed me up to work on others I just didn't have time to address before. They also brought expertise to aspects of my job that I didn't feel proficient in. They will be involved as much or as little as you need or want them to be, and only operate using month to month agreements which allows flexibility if your business needs suddenly change.
