I started using OJO at the beginning of the year, and things went smoothly for the first few months. However, I began noticing unusually high bills and accounting errors that were being overlooked. When I raised these concerns, the response was disappointing – they provided me with poorly prepared spreadsheets as proof of their work. They seemed unwilling to acknowledge that mistakes were being made, despite my repeated concerns. I ultimately decided to cancel my service with OJO and hired a new bookkeeper. My new bookkeeper had to correct several errors that OJO had missed. While the staff at OJO were always friendly, unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services.
