passive aggression in the first meeting and then i never heard back from them, sent a repeat email confirming they’d received my others and still no reply, came in in person the next day and they had no idea i’d had an appointment prior and then they tried to start the process over again acting like they just needed more time they hadn’t even looked at my emails. 1/10 , awful professionalism.

At first for many years, I very much enjoyed having this firm to do my taxes. But unfortunately the cost got to be too much for me. So I recently decided to discontinue the experience in 2023.
