Mark is an incredibly friendly and knowledgable CPA. While navigating the complexities of HI taxes and property, I soon realized that I was in over my head and that I needed the help of a professional. I lucked into the right choice by reaching out to Mark as he gave me the resources to get my issues resolved. His website is also very convenient for making appointments (using a service that also integrates well with the calendar app I use; nothing major, but a convenient and notable plus for me), and his staff is just as friendly and professional in answering questions and altering appointment times when life inevitably happens. I would Not recommend to go this CPA!!! He was doing W-2 for my husband and made it wrong for full time employee he adds the amount for health insurance to his income! The health insurance is employee benefit and can not be income!!! The employer under the Hawaii state law required to pay health insurance for employees who work 20 hours and more. He Didn’t even withhold the taxes from the amount he add to W-2! This CPA do not know how to issue a regular W-2 form!!! That mistake cost me additional payment of $2,213 on Tax Return!!! Run people from this CPA firm if you don’t want to overpay for your Tax Returns.
