Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had when it comes to someone handling my finances and taxes. After the initial appointment I was asked to provide a Documents. After I provided them, they refused to call or email back and I was left me scrambling to find someone to handle my taxes 2 weeks before the deadline. If you value your time and finances, don't use them. It will end in a disaster.
