I used Jimmy for years and we had what I believed to be a friendly relationship. At one point I had the IRS contact me bc of some inconsistencies found on my tax income. For the purpose of this review, let me clarify that I never tried claiming any more or less than what I made, nor did I get creative with any possible deductions, and I provided the paper proof to the entire process every time I went to 808 Tax. I explained to the IRS that Jimmy was the person in charge of my taxes and that I didn’t understand the first thing about the subject. I contacted Jimmy and he asked to have the IRS speak to him directly. Whatever the problem was, it got solved. The next time I went to see Jimmy he explained he wouldn’t see me anymore. No ifs, ands or buts. Just “walk out of the office bc we won’t service you anymore.” That sums it up. 👎🏼👎🏼

I've been going here for many, many years. The people are friendly and very experienced. They are fast and efficient. I would recommend 808 tax for everyone.

This is the first time using this 808 people and found it to be very unprofessional. Schedule an appointment 3 weeks ago, and ended up waiting for over an hour. Too many people placed in a small waiting room. Will not ever return.

Do not use them!!!!!!!i have been going to Jimmy for awhile now with NO complaints!!!!!This year though has been difficult as with covid-19 back in April 2020 I had brought in my paperwork for Jimmy to do instead it was handed over for another colleague named Dennis due to covid we did it over the phone I went in the next day to pick up my copies and sign for e-filing when I discovered a mistake!!!!!!of course it was redoned. I got refunded for the services with btw they won't let you forget that!!!!!!!!! Well I thought I was squared away!!!!but then low and behold I find out now that my taxes were NEVER submitted!!!!!I am upset because this was never my error in the first place and had I not caught their mistake I would be the one in trouble cause I signed without checking!!!! Anyway I hope this never happens to anyone of you who goes to this establishment!!!!!be aware the person who did your taxes or signs off on your taxes could not be the person who actually did it!!!!!!!unless you see in person that they did it!!!!!!shading thing's going on in that establishment probably why Bernice left!!!!!!!!

I make an appointment with this “808 tax” office a week advance and they told me my name wasn’t on their list. So unprofessional! The receptionist wasn’t helpful at all. Please save your time and energy and go to a different office
