I have been using Sanks to prepare my taxes for nearly 10 years now. Before finding Sanks, I was consistently getting different people who either had little knowledge of tax laws or they just wanted to hurry through everything. It was frustrating. I would pay someone to prepare my taxes and I still ended up owing the IRS. Since I began using Sanks, Bart has helped me learn how to better manage my taxes. I learned about a deduction that other companies had overlooked. Bart and his team are great at answering my questions and the ladies at the front desk are very polite. I don't see myself ever liking tax time, but the team at Sanks can make the experience more pleasant.

I paid over $700 to get tax returns done and got my copy of the tax returns and sent them in. I told them I needed a copy and they wanted to charge me $120 just to get copies after I was told to just come get my copies. I will never do business or recommend anyone else to do business with this company. Stay away many other professional companies to do business with.

I've used them for a few years. One day i found out from a co worker that also uses them that there was a way for me to get more money back. When i questioned Sanks about it the said they could do the deduction for me as well. Why would I have to tell them to do this for me? That was their job. And they also charged me to re do my taxes for those years even though it was their mistake. I'll never use them again. I even saved money by going somewhere else on following years. (My response to the "owner". You're response to my rating proves that you are either incompetent and unable to keep records or you're willing to lie to cover up your mistake. I am literally holding the taxes you did for me in my hand. Give me an email and i will send a reminder of who I am. So no, there is no "confusion" on my part. And i would be happy to compare the prices that i am paying now to yours.

Getting way too expensive. We have used them for many years and they just keep exponentially upping the fee. we are done with them!

I've been a client for 10+ years and cannot get somebody to return my messages. I'm ending my relationship. It is very wierd to me.
