The Oslander family has been with Si’Van tax for 7+ years. Brandy has always gone above and beyond for us. I can email/text or call her with any random question I have and she takes time to explain to me. She was even so helpful when my father passed and I had taxes to file on his behalf. She did them while waving her fee so that we could maximum refund to be able to take care of my fathers afterlife needs. I am honored to take the time to write a review for Si'van Tax! I met Brandy and her team four years ago and my only disappointment is not finding her sooner. When I am in her office I am treated like family. Brandy is amazing organized, knowledgeable, and caring. When it is time to file your taxes DO NOT waste your time else where. Give her one chance and I promise you will see just what I am talking about and you will work with her for years to come! Thank you for all you do, Brandy!!!!!!

I've been involved in T Brandy's tax services for 7 years. My experiences with T Brandy has ALWAYS been and continues to be VERY professional. My questions are always answered with honesty. T Brandy is a straight shooter and forthcoming with information that'll benefit you. I've recommended family and friends to use her services as they continue to use to this day. I wish I could give 10 stars!! I’ve been going to TBrandy for the last 5yrs. Since, day one she took care of my business affairs and my personal taxes. I have never ever ever had a unprofessional experience EVER!!! In the 5 years. As a matter of fact, I have referred several of my close friends that are still using her services. I will continue to use the services for years to come because it will be done right every time with NO questions ! It’s unfortunate how some people don’t tell the facts because it’s always “1” when things don’t go their way they try to bring the next person down because of there empty souls.

I have known T. Brandy for a few years. She is very professional and understanding when it comes to her professional business, i.e Taxes.. I have brought mine to other people, but she was more understanding in my situation. Times is hard and I didn't feel judged or pressured or belittled in any way. When it comes to business, she is honest and forth coming.

T Brandy was very unprofessional and rude in our communication. She assumed that my income didn't meet a certain threshold which was her way of justifying the lack of respect in our short engagement. She wanted me to do the work that I hired her to do, like basic math. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. She did not complete my taxes but took my deposit. If you are a business owner or need your taxes done with a great customer experience this is NOT the person or place to go to.

T Brandy was unprofessional. Don’t waste your time and money. Times are hard as it is don’t add this to your pile. She pre-judged us and explained that since we didn’t make a certain amount of money (she gave numbers) we were not her “ideal customer”! Nevertheless she still took our deposit and never made that clear in the beginning. We feel not only disrespected but cheated. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. I wish I had someone to recommend, once I do I’ll update this review. Take care out here.
