Disorganized , missed deadlines and poor communication. When I pointed out that they had missed deadlines they ended their relationship with me. Now over a year later I’m still trying to get off their email list. I regret doing business with them and would encourage others to avoid

I requested TPCA Columbus to provide me with a plan to minimize taxes now and long term for my family. Last week, the initial video conference went well with no issues. I provided the information they requested. I received an email yesterday that they cannot provide the services requested. TPCA simply wasted my time and cannot provide the services that they advertised. Quite disappointing.
