My husband went by early on during tax season. In shirt, he was FINALLY able to file taxes in JULY! He has been charged for filing his taxes LATE as well as mistakes in his tax return. My question is why did it take so long for them to file the taxes? Other places if you went by the office back in February, you would have received a tax return way before now. My husband and I called at different times to check on the process. They did not inform us they did not file them back in February. We are not using this company again. We have learned our lesson.

I went into the office back in February to file my taxes. My wife and I called them on different occasions and dropped by the office several times to ask how the process was going. They just told me, "We will call you." 5 months later, I get my tax return, which means 3 months LATE! I was charged for filing my taxes LATE!!! I was not late! Remember, I was there in February?!?! I did not wait until the last minute to file my taxes! Oh, and my tax return has errors in it. They might have caught it if they had been more professional and communicated in how the process was going. My review is because they were UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I do NOT at all recommend this office to handle your taxes! Pick another office!
