From the moment I walked into Mayo and met Kayli, I have been so impressed with the customer service! My CPA is Stacey Lee and she has been AMAZING already. She turned a very stressful IRS bill into an easily addressed, potential credit back to us. The communication and ease of the process has been excellent. And, I’ve met Lisa Mayo through networking events and she is a true professional. Five stars!

Mayo Strategic Advisors has helped me tremendously as a company just starting out and trying to get things situated. I have had a pleasant experience so far. Would recommend!!!!

I had internet Accountant for over a year and they messed my books up so bad that it's costing me over $1500 to have my new bookkeepers fix it. Lisa Mayo is EXTREMELY RUDE and refused to help after I cancelled. Even if it was to send info that I paid them to work on during the time I was a customer. She talks down to you like she expects you to be an expert. If I was an expert, I wouldn't have the need to hire bookkeepers, I would just do it myself. Also asked them to do my payroll and they were only paying my crew, not paying taxes or child support. I was never informed that this was their process, as any of the new bookkeepers I've contacted say that taxes and child support is standard when doing payroll. When questioned, she stated "I don't pay your bills". I am part of a franchise and even they are in disbelief and stated that I need to leave this negative review because they have never seen such unprofessionalism

Dhruv and Jonathan are THE BEST! They always make time for my needs as a business owner and they both go above and beyond to make sure we are happy and have what we need. They are true assets to our team and team players. If you are looking for a firm that feels like family, I can't recommend Dhruv, Jonathan and the entire Mayo team enough for all your bookkeeping, accounting and tax needs!
