Staff was very rude and acts like she didn't know what she was doing or didn't act like she wanted to do anything (there was one person there ad it was a woman there but not sure what her name was) . Asked for documents and was told they were ready to pick up when I got there she was on her cell phone the whole entire time.. she put the phone on speaker phone so whoever she was talking to heard our conversation. She just made the whole process difficult. poor customer service in my opinion. Sorry don't remember her name. and I wouldn't be putting this bad of a review if it only happened once but this is the 2nd time.

The best customer service! Super knowledgeable! I will never do my own taxes with Turbo Tax again. Thank you Advanced Tax for making filing a breeze! No stress! I am recommending Advanced Tax to all of my family and friends! Thank you, Amber for being so incredibly helpful and explaining everything! We will be back next year.

My father has used this place for decades and I'll continue to use them for all my tax needs. BJ is phenomenal!
