Being the previous owner of one of the largest Residential Real Estate brokerages in Orlando, I always felt my CPA was just a processor of my financial documents with the IRS. In 2016 when I sold my brokerage, my father advised me to contact his life long CPA to handle the reporting of the sale, financial tax planning and to set up my new LLC for my real estate sales career. He also set up my Real Estate Investments LLC and assisted me with setting up a 401K. From the first meeting with John Behrle, he opened my eyes to so many tax strategies and gave suggestions on the way to structure my business that was extremely beneficial to me. John is also availabe day or night to answer my questions throughout the year at no additional charge. He is one of the most critical pieces of my business and is constantly checking in on me and reviews my quickbooks to ensure that I am on top of everything financially. During my 28 year career I always dreaded tax time and that was really one of the only times I would normally talk to my CPA and then I would have to scramble to get all documentation together and this process was very stressful. Today I simply have John log into my quick books, close out the year, I upload my tax documentation to his secure portal and then a few weeks later John is sitting down with me to review all my corporate and personal returns. I have referred a dozen clients to John and all have called me afterwards to personally thank me. Do not do John a favor by using him as your CPA, but do yourself a favor by doing so as he is the best in the industry. He sincerely cares and treats my business as if it was his own.
