Horrible Company. They sent my 1099 almost a month past legally due. When i called to notify them, they tried to extort money from me. They were rude and unprofessional.

Christina and the team make sure youre in great hands, and they answer questions all throughout the year! As a small business owner, there were so many things I didnt know or didnt understand, and they helped keep me on the right track. Work with them early and often to save!

This CPA overcharged us. We had a verbal agreement on price and after the fact she charged us nearly double, eating up our entire tax return. The price ended up being 50% more than other CPAs Ive used in the past. When I brought it up to her she became very unprofessional and confrontational. This all happened at the beginning of COVID and I think everyones nerves were frayed, but I wont be using or recommending this company to anyone. BTW, I was a real customer and will gladly verify it to anyone who asks. Negative Professionalism, Value

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I paid them in full back from September 2019. They never call you back, they do not share information about what is going on with your business, the secretary is rude and argumentative. And you can never talk to anyone...always on the phone, or with a client, or walking the dogs. They are very unprofessional. Thank you for putting my personal business on your response, everyone does not need to know my issues. I never said that I dont like dogs, I have one of my own, what I said was when I would call , the person I asked for was out walking the dogs and never returned my call. You threatened to sue me if I didnt remove/edit my review....what kind of person does that? I told my experience, which is the truth, and you didnt like it. Then you berated me on the phone and talked to me like a child. When I told you the IRS is still keeping my taxes your response to me was GOOD. How is that being professional? You never tried to reach out to me to talk about my review, which I would gladly change if we could come to an understanding through an adult conversation. Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
