I found J. Zollo & Associates through a google search for help with Quickbooks, and I am so glad this company exists! I didn't want to outsource our bookkeeping, and I didn't want to watch hours of general QB training videos. I wanted a human to listen to my specific issue and help ME fix it. Then I found J. Zollo & Associates through a google search. This company is exactly as advertised: professional, prompt, expert help. Janice personally responded to my email inquiry within 24 hours, set up a Zoom for the next day, and spent 45 minutes with me on a screen share, directing me to pull up various reports and explaining why she needed to see them, asking specific questions and giving me direct, clear responses. Two days ago I was at my wits end, overwhelmed by what I thought were unsolvable problems with our 20 year old QB file, but after my 45 minute FREE initial consultation call with Janice, I feel supported, understood, and confident that I have the tools and personal assistance to clean up our QB files.

Truly grateful to have found Janice. She and her team are professional, organized and on top of things! As a business owner who is NOT a savvy bookkeeper or QuickBooks operator, Janice has been a life saver! She's patient, a great teacher and clearly loves what she does. If you're struggling to find a reliable service call Janice!!
