Since moving to FL, I have encountered numerous life events such as first marriage, first home-buying experience, first LLC, spouses Military retirement, new jobs, out of state moves, etc. These things are exciting but intimidating when it comes time to file taxes. Worked with Rory last year, he was great, fast, friendly and helpful. Somehow Russell worked on my stuff this year, and I had some questions regarding my return - I needed him to walk me through so I understand the difference. He was extremely defensive and kept asking me do you think this year is last year lol like okay mr insecurity - no one can ask a question? I said youre extremely rude and surprised anyone employees you, he said he owns the company and I can take my business elsewhere then hung up. Hes an unprofessional joke with obvious issues. ** UPDATE ** its obvious someone is trying to pad their google review rating after my poor review by leaving two five star reviews just hours after mine. Hardly the outfit I want working on my taxes.
